Six Days Left To Vote For Your Favorite Dating Sites, Blog, and Book
After several weeks of open nominations and four weeks of finalist voting, the end is near. Tuesday, March 8th is the last day you can vote in the 2011 Readers’ Choice Awards, with the winners named on March 15th, 2011 across the About.com network. You can vote once per day in each category. Please note that we have internal checks in place to detect fraudulent voting activity, and in some cases the poll results shown during voting may not reflect the accurate final counts used to determine winners.
- Best Overall Dating Site: I though there would be more of a race in this category, but currently Mingle2 has a solid lead over OkCupid and Zoosk. Vote Now.
- Best New Dating Site of 2010: I’ll admit this was my favorite category during the nomination period, because I heard of new dating sites that piqued my interest and had me thinking maybe online dating isn’t dead after all. GreenLightCard has, so far, blown all of the other competitors out of the water, but it isn’t over yet. Vote Now.
- Best Niche Dating Site: Where else can college students, people with medical issues, sports enthusiasts, brainiacs and Jewish singles go up against each other? BrainiacDating and Prescription4Love were head-to-head last time I looked; one of them is going to need an extra push to win. Which will it be? Vote Now.
- Best Free Dating Site: Another category that I thought would have people voting in droves, Mingle2 again is in the lead over OkCupid and PlentyOfFish. Which is your favorite? Vote Now.
